Drastic diets are not only useless, but also dangerous and can damage our vital systems. Five diets- Raw, Ketogenic, Whole 30, Paleo, and the Vegan Diet- are examined in this article. Although all five diets promise fast weight loss and life changing results, each can cause serious health risks.
